4. Payments

All payments are to be made in full and upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept credit/debit cards and other supported payment methods via our payment gateway partners.

5. No Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our services, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Once a payment is made and a project is initiated, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, except in the rare event that:
• The Company fails to deliver the agreed service without cause or communication, and
• No significant work or deliverables have been provided within 30 days of purchase.

All refund-related requests must be made in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Granting of any exception is solely at our discretion and does not set a precedent.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

By purchasing from Atom Digitalz Ltd, you agree not to file chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us to resolve the matter. Unauthorized chargebacks may be considered a breach of this agreement, and we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies, including debt collection and legal fees.

We provide documented evidence of service delivery upon request, and clients are responsible for reviewing their purchase before confirming payment.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property created by us during the course of delivering our services shall remain the property of Atom Digitalz Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon full payment, clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atom Digitalz Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
